Tom Woods and Cynthia Harrison were fantastic to work with during my purchase - this was by far the best car purchasing experience!  I called Tom that morning to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new car.  Upon my arrival, he and Cynthia had done their research based upon my conversation with Tom and I had about 10 cars to choose from, which was way more than I expected.  The three of us went through each one until I narrowed it down to 3-4 that I wanted to look at more closely.  Cynthia took me outside to look at the vehicles and was very thorough in her explanation of what each vehicle had to offer.  When it came time to test drive, Cynthia allowed me to choose which one I wanted to test drive, which was a nice surprise (my past experiences were not so nice).  Once I settled on a car, Tom and Donny worked on getting financing straight.  I appreciate that they worked hard to get me the best rate possible, especially given the banking/financial situation these days!  When it was time to sign my contract, everything was explained in detail and I was not pressured to purchase any plans at that time - it was even explained how I could purchase later!  Even when it came to the hookup of my cell phone with voice activation (SYNC), Carlos was a joy!  He got everything hooked up and walked me through the process!  It has been almost a month since my purchase and I am enjoying my new vehicle more than I thought I would!  I will continue to drive the minutes from my house to Academy Ford for car maintenance, as I did with my previous Ford, simply because of the excellent customer service I always receive (Derek is always helpful and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am clear on whatever is going on with my vehicle).....J.
